Pantothenic acid sometimes called vitamin B5.

It becomes the organism in Co-Enzyme A involved in the metabolism of fats, carbohydrates, proteins, bile and hemoglobin. 

It is also necessary for the production of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine involved in nerve transmission. 

It also activates the adrenal gland and supports its function. 

Recommended dose: As a dietary supplement it is suggested to take 1 or 2 capsules a day with meals or follow the directions of a specialist.
